The Rise Retreat will guide you to the promise, approach, and path of your writer’s journey - helping to re-inspire your creativity and finally return to the project you were meant to write.

Story Magic is a one-day retreat on Saturday, April 13th, from 10:00am-8:00pm PST. Throughout the day, we will spend time with craft talks, free writes, and live feedback to help you start, finish, or continue to write your chapter, essay, book, poem - or whatever you want to write. With time for 1-on-1 coaching as well as group feedback, the Rise Retreat in Ojai is here to start you on a radically inspired path to creativity - and to publishing.

The retreat is being held at a luxurious home in beautiful Ojai, CA, with access to a pool, spa, reflection spaces, and the time to write and receive feedback on your writing and craft, and includes lunch and dinner (and some light movement and Reiki). All levels of experience are welcome. There are no “good” or “bad” writers. There are only writers who write.
