There are many paths to publishing—

it all starts with your story.

BOOK MAGIC

A three-hour power coaching session with one of our coaches to help you begin your book or book proposal, build your program or platform, and start on your path to publishing!

What’s Inside Book Magic

  • Identify Your Promise

What is the one thing your work promises people to help them change, improve, or shift their life or business?

  • Develop Your Approach

Whether you realize it or not, every book helps its readers to meet their goals. Begin to look at the ten biggest lessons your community needs to take to reach those goals.

  • Find Your Story

Where does your personal story come in? What kind of structure and narrative approach best fit your mission and tone?

  • Recognize Your Expertise

Why are you the person to write this book? And how would your platform support its publication?

  • Envision Your Community

Who is this book for - and what does the community around it already look like? How can you begin to grow and communicate with that community?

  • Create Your Book Magic

Here is where we pull it all together in the pitch for your book – sharing the promise and approach of your work, the community who needs to read the book, and why you are the person to write it.

A wise man once said…

“We write in service to each other.”

(his name is Scott Korb and he runs the MFA program at Pacific University)

Start on your path to publishing with book magic

After our three-hour session, we will provide you with a 15-page pitch for your book – sharing the promise and approach of your work, the community who needs to read the book, and why you are the person to write it.

Your Book Magic Package comes with:

  • A three-hour recorded session

  • 10-page book pitch setting up the first pieces of your book proposal, including overview, marketing pitch, table of contents and sample chapter ideas

  • And a series of prompts to get you thinking and writing your book—or book proposal.

Some people call books the ultimate business card, which they can be, but also, they are the ultimate playing field-levelers, offering more people access to your work and wisdom.

Writing a book proposal (not even the whole book!) can also help you to articulate the DNA of your business, recognizing the program behind your products, and creating content that can be used (and repurposed) over a variety of platforms. By starting to see your work as chapters, and not just ideas, you can organize a program of action not only for your book but also for your current clients.
